Live Music – Generation Jones

Generation Jones, the father and son duet of Jeffery and Julian Jones, play a variety of music based around the Celtic traditions on guitar, fiddle and vocals, but they often throw a few surprises in their sets including old-time and classic rock. Generation Jones have been performing together for the past fourteen years, since Julian was six years old. They have performed at Britt Festivals for the Celtic Summer show, Art Along the Rogue Street Painting and Music Festival in Grants Pass and at local Irish Pubs, art galleries, regional music events and wineries. In the summer of 2010, they performed in Florence, Italy and in Dublin, Doolin and Dingle, Ireland.

Jeffery plays mandolin with Siskiyou Summit bluegrass band and the Foxfire Trio and Julian plays fiddle and mandolin in the Gypsy-Punk band, Plastic Jesus. Julian is attending SOU majoring in Music/Business.
