The Calypso Dining Rooms include four connected venues, the Calypso Wine Bar, Numinos Room, Mountainview Terrace, and Events Plaza. Live music is offered at no cover charge most evenings in the Calypso Wine Bar and Dining Rooms.
Our culinary team led by Executive Chef, Jeff Hunt is here to make sure your dining experience is paramount. We source locally grown vegetables & fruits from around the valley to complement each dish.
