Live Music: Dan Fellman & Bob Rawlings

Dan Fellman plays jazz guitar in a variety of styles including Latin, swing, and Gypsy Jazz – the music of Django Reinhardt and his “Hot Club of France” group of the 1930’s and 1940’s. Dan performs with local bands Gypsy Rogue, Rogue Hot Club, Stolen Moments, and in duos with Ashland guitarists Grant Ruiz, Ed Dunsavage and Bob Rawlings.

Bob Rawlings grew up in Pueblo, Colorado. He studied music at the Universities of Northern Colorado and Denver and then the Berklee College of Music in Boston Massachusetts. He lived for 20 years in the San Francisco bay area as a working musician and teacher, often hosting folk and bluegrass get-togethers and performances. Bob has musical fingers in many genres on several instruments, from jazz to be-bop to swing. Now retired with his wife to Ashland he has been a busy musician throughout the Rogue Valley ever since.
