Holiday Wine Club Release

Dear Wine Club Members,

We thank you for your flexibility and understanding with all the changes we have undergone regarding winery operations over the last few weeks. It brings us joy to inform you that we will be offering limited outdoor seating and wine pick-up at the winery starting Thursday, December 3.

While we will do our best to make the outdoor seating comfortable with heaters and fire pit tables—we strongly advise dressing warm, almost as if you were going up to Mt. Ashland for the day, minus the helmet and goggles.

We are restricted on how many people we can serve at any given time outdoors, so reservations are required if you plan to enjoy food and wine— we would hate to turn any of you away from enjoying food parings and wine with us!  Should you just wish to pick up your wines and not stay for food and wine, you can still do so between the hours of 12pm – 6pm without reservations.

Starting Thursday, December 3, our hours will be 12pm – 6pm, Wednesday through Sunday and we will be offering limited outdoor seating with food pairings and wine tastings plus wine pick-ups.

You may be wondering how this changes the upcoming Holiday Wine Club Release.

Well, we are happy to announce that we will now be offering tastings and wine pick-up for your Holiday Wine Club Release!

Your wines will be packed and available for pick-up as soon as Thursday, December 3. If you are a shipping member, your wines will also be shipped out on Friday, December 4.

While COVID-19 is still very much a concern in our community, we are happy to offer the following shipping rates to any members who would still prefer to have their wines shipped to their doorstep: $23 for 4-bottle members, $10 for 6-bottle members, and free for 12-bottle members.

If you are a pick-up member and would prefer to have your wines shipped at this time, please contact me by replying to this email or calling 541-552-4900 ext. 9.

We are looking forward to raising a glass in celebration of re-opening in just a few short days!
