Our 31 acre vineyards cultivate extraordinary wine grapes producing classic vintages which encapsulate our French, Italian, and Spanish heritage. From Burgundy, our Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes produce wonderful, classic Oregon wines. From France’s Bordeaux region, we grow Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. From the Rhone, we grow Syrah.
Celebrating unique, flavorful varieties, we also grow distinctive, exotic Mediterranean grapes including an Italian varietal Caprettone, “beard of the goat.” Other remarkable Italian and Spanish estate grown grapes include Montepulciano, Barbera, Teroldego, and Verdejo. Muscat Canelli grapes produce sweet, delicious dessert wines.
Belle Fiore wines are fermented and aged in our beautiful, technologically advanced tank room admired by winery guests as they stroll on the Pavilion viewing gallery. Belle Fiore’s barrel rooms rest submerged beneath the Wine Pavilion, and maintain a steady 56 degrees Fahrenheit (8°C) year round for optimal, gentle aging.
Belle Fiore Winery produces three distinct labels of wine. The “Belle Fiore Winery” brand (translating as “Beautiful Flower Winery”) includes many classically produced, timeless vintages such as Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as our celebrated Numinos and Siderio red wine blends.
Our second label, “Belle Esprit Winery,” (French for “beautiful spirit”) emphasizes youthful, refreshing wines with immediate appeal and beauty, including Muscat, Syrah, Malbec, Teroldego, and the very unique Caprettone.
Our “Belle Arte Winery” (“beautiful art”) label celebrates avant garde, innovative, artistic winemaking. Belle Arte produces remarkable, unique wines including Riesling, Rosé, Barbera, and Terramisso (an Italian red blend).
