Salad: Field salad; spinach, strawberries, marcona almonds, goat cheese crumbles, and tarragon tossed in a white balsamic vin
Entree: Choice of chicken, fish or veggie
Chicken: Chicken Cacciatore with roasted yukons, onions, basil, oregano, and capers in a san Marzano tomato sauce
Fish: Manila clam linguini, clams sauteed in white wine garlic butter sauce with parsley and chili flake
Veggie: veggie lasagna: with zucchini, eggplant, spinach, ricotta, squash and tomato sauce
Dessert: Basque cheesecake with strawberry compote and fresh berries
